York CC Pre-Season Presidents Lunch – Sunday 13th March

The new season 2022 will begin with the President’s Lunch in The Houseman Suite on Sunday March 13th. We shall meet in at 12.30 p.m. for Lunch in the Houseman Suite at 1p.m.

In a year when we look forward to hosting more high-profile County Matches at Clifton Park as well as a full and ‘Covid Free’ Season. This is a great opportunity for the membership to show their support in advance of what promises to be a wonderful season ahead. The lunch is open to all members, players both Junior and Senior and their families and friends and provides an opportunity to meet our Sponsors and Committee members who are working extremely hard to maintain the continued success that we have enjoyed for a considerable number of years.

During the proceedings there will be very short speeches by The President with a club update from the Secretary. There will be a raffle promoted by Kevin Mendham, the profits from which will go to the York Cricket Club.

We can cater for parties up to a maximum of twelve but if you are coming alone or as a couple, we will make sure you sit with friends and people you know.

The cost of the meal will be a non-profit making £25 per person with a 50% reduction for children under 13 years and free for children under 7 years.

The upstairs bar will be open throughout the function and tea or coffee will be available after the meal.

Vegetarian meals should be requested when booking and well in advance.
